Sorry to ask this but I have checked the faq and can't seem to find the information. I bought a 14.4 modem but can't use it above 2400 baud. I am using Proterm 2.0. Is there any way to use it at 9600 baud or do I have to upgrade to 3.x? If so, does Intrec still have an upgrade price? Could you please give me the address and phone number or their internet address if available. Thanks
