Sublogic Flight Simulator II Help!

Hi all:

A good friend of mine just unloaded all his old apple hardware and games on me
this past weekend.  With all the cool stuff I got he had the old SubLogic Flight
Simulator II.  I have the original disk and instruction booklet, but he didn't have
the map showing all the airports, radio frequencies, etc.  I am hoping that
someone still has a copy of this somewhere or could tell me where I might still
be able to get one.  I love the game, but cannot use any of the advanced flight
instruments without the chart/map.  I would also be interested in any of the other
scenery disks that are available for the game.
