CDSC and DisQuest?

I have an Apple CDSC and a RAMFast, but haven't plugged the CDSC in
yet because my ROMs are 3.01d and I don't want to blow anything out.
After I get the new ROMs from Sequential, is it possible to just buy
the DisQuest software?
