It's possible, with a bit of experimentation, to use the ElMacro CDA
to completely automate the process. Load up all the frames, then run
the macro and leave the GS alone while it runs. Even better would be to
use Jason Simmons' InstantReplay, but the macro language does not appear
to have a "pause" or "wait" function, and that is required to run
SuperConvert unattended.
