If you're actually patching the code, yes, but even the lamest "warez
d00d"-type can find existing text and replace it with his own text.
As evidenced by Dr. Tom's "programs".

HAS he done any programming? i.e., anything other than changing the
text in someone else's program and releasing it as his own?
