AddNotifyProc from a Device Driver

I need to call AddNotifyProc from the "Startup" call of a Supervisory
driver.. however, my code currently crashes during boot somewhere in
GS/OS. I looked at the GS/OS dispatcher code and GS/OS was busy at the
time.

At any rate, this supervisory driver needs to know when GS/OS is 
switching from GS/OS to P8, and vice-versa.
