IIgs battery life

I was wondering how many IIgs types out there have had to replace the battery
in their machines. I have two ROM 01's, one of which has been in my possession
since July '87, and they are still running strong on their original batteries.
Presumably my ROM 3 has its original one as well, but it's not easy to tell
since it's not soldered on. How many ROM 01's are there left which have never
needed a replacement? I figure mine are overdue to go some time soon now.
