Help, I need a keyboard (or chip) for a ][+

	Hi! My friends got a ][+ at a garage sale and the keyboard is fried.
Some gunk had been spilled in the lower right part of the keyboard.  I 
dissasembled and cleaned the keys but the keyboard flakes when certain keys
are soldered into place.  (Yes, it was flaking out before I cleaned the 
keys.)  
	Anyway, to make a short story long, I think that I need the chip 
that is labeled MM5740 in the schematic.  (keyboard decoder chip?)
The second alternative would be to find another keyboard assy.  Does 
anyone have any pointers?
