IIe problems...

I have a IIe clone that i bought this summer, but when ever I try and
use it, I get thie message.
ROM:E10
When I do the Control-OPen apple_reset self diagnostic, I get the
same thing...
It happens even when there are no boards in the machine...
Does anyone know what the problem s?
Also, is it possible to buy the IIE enhancement kit?
If so, how much would it cost, and would it fix my problem?
ALSO {I know, I know} What kind of internal clocks can
I get for it?
I heard that there was one that I could get that would sit under
one of the roms chips...
