	Not sure about the rest, but "Pandamonium" (Toronto, Canada) and
"The Castle GS" (Montreal, Canada) are both no more. Other Apple II BBSes
have emerged in their place, though probably not quite the same atmosphere
as these boards had...

	Check the "International Apple II BBS list" that's posted once
ever few weeks to comp.sys.apple2, that should help you out.
