Have you modified your Appleworks 2.0 with the AE Expander program that
should have come with your Ramfactor?  If not, that version of Appleworks
won't recognize the extra memory you have installed.  Appleworks 3.0
and later automatically recognize expanded memory (at least they work
with aux slot memory) but I'm not sure about the Ramfactor.
