I am pretty sure that Spectrum's ANSI emulation can display
the BOLD attribute of characters, if it's set up right. Maybe someone
can try it? It also does inverse, of course. Ian Schmidt's TMTerm
does a nice job of emulating underlined vt100 (If you own Gno/ME,
that is... hint... hint...) I'm not sure if it does bold though, Ian?
