I think on a "real" display the links are displayed as bold, and the one
that is currently selected is then reversed (or underlined, or
something). The problem with the //'s text display is that it can only
display one modification, i.e. normal/inverse.
I download the AnsiTerm 2 demo to see if it would be any better, but no,
it doesn't display bold either. What is needed is a SHR vt100 emulation
that can display all permutations (reverse, bold, inverse, underline,
other?).
