Apple // FTP site Summary

Thank you to everyone who responded to my requestfor the numerical address
of Apple // archive sites.  My SysAdmin here has just updated our hosts
file, so we should shortly be able to access them all.

As promised, I am posting a summary.  However, I can not take the credit
for it.  Someone kindly emailed me the following listing (Sorry, I forget
who), which included ALL of the other's info and some to boot.  I think
there are few sites that aren't listed in the csa2 FAQ's.
