: A friend of mine have a IIgs Problem.
: His II gs is not booting any more. He only get the screen:
: 1- enter control panel
: 2- xxxxxxx 60hz
: 3- xxxxxxx 50 Hz
: 4- continue booting.
: 1 he enter in the control panel
: 4 get back to this menu

Erik,
This is the menu that you see if you hold down the option key when you first
start your computer. If your friend has a joystick, disconnect it. This
may sound wierd, but the option and command (used to be open and closed
Apples) keys are actualy the same as the two buttons on a joystick. I.e.
if the joystick is broken, the system might think that the option key is
being pressed.
If this doesn't work, try a different keyboard.
