Sometimes it is nice to be modest. :) The price you paid is sometimes too
great! Just ask any Singaporean how much they need to pay for the car, for
example. I do love Singapore, and now having gone to US for 3 weeks, I must
say there is still a lot of things to catch up! Really! 

Yes, I type too fast too. I do mean "cost of living". Although the other
also hold true.
