WANTED: PFS:Write/File ProDOS

Since we got our ][e, we've made extensive use of PFS:Write and PFS:File.  
Okay, I use AppleWriter and PFS:File, but Victoria uses PFS:Write.  
Unfortunately, our copies of those programs are the durned Execute-Only-Pascal 
versions rather than the later ProDOS versions.

QUESTION:  Is it possible to obtain (legally) the ProDOS versions of these 
programs?  If so, where?
Do these new versions include conversion utilities to get from Pascal files to 
ProDOS files?  (and thus, ultimately, to DOS TEXT files that I can manipulate 
with my own programs--it's obvious where I'm heading isn't it?)
