I just want to clarify something...

I got a check this morning from someone for $15, with a request that I mail
them HyperCardIIGS. I have no idea where this person got my name. Maybe it
was here on the net?

In any case, Shareware Solutions II is authorized by Apple Computer Inc's
Software Licensing Dept to distribute HyperCardIIGS, BUT ONLY TO SUBSCRIBERS
OF SHAREWARE SOLUTIONS II.

If you are not a SSII subscriber, do not send me requests for HyperCardIIGS.
If I were to send it to you, I would be breaking a legal agreement that I
have signed with Apple. And, about the last thing on earth that I need is to
have some legal eagle breathing down my neck.
