Looking for grants for schools

Anyone have any pointers to mag articles, online files, mailing lists,
email addresses, etc. where the topic of obtaining grants for computer
equipment is covered?  I am frustrated with the fact my local school
has only a few computers (2 or 3 for a couple thousand kids I believe) and
basically no software.  I would love to track down some info to feed to
the local PTA along with volenteering some hrs to assist in evaluating,
recommending, and then implementing some sort of deployment effort.
