I am very sorry that I seemed to have ignored this catagory. It won't
happen again. I will make sure I get on here on a regular basis.

Software updates

UniverseMaster 1.1:  Will have the optimize feature finished. It will
work well and while the optimize it self is a slow process, the
optimized drive will be faster than drives done with other software
available. UM1.1 will support volume spanning for backing up to
multiple disks. Plus there will be the usual bug fixes found by you.
Update free to registered owners.

AutoArk: Will be released at the same time as UniverseMaster 1.1
because they are so integrated with each other. This update is not
just a bug fix. Will work better with System 6.0.1 and feature
deferred compression of files in the finder.Will be able to select
decompression standards. It will be compatible with The Manager. Will
feature file groups for launching (this mostly for 8-bit programs).
You will be able to configure the "Home Application". This update will
be just $5

Digital Session: Will be finished after UniverseMaster and AutoArk. It
will have bug fixes. Be offered as a stand alone package. It will work
with any other sound card.

Paper Free: This project will resume after Digital Session

The Fax software will be finished, but will not be an Econ product.
This is all I know of this.

There will be no more hardware products from Econ Technologies except
for the SoundMeister stereo card. Thanks for the interest in the
Soundmeister Pro, but there just wasn't enough commitment to continue
with it.

Econ Technologies will continue to produce special purpose software to
enhance the power of the Apple IIGS computer.
