HyperCard IIGS-- Where on internet?

Well, I'm sorta hoping that some of the Apple guys will read this, and
maybe take some action. I'm halfway interested in HCGS, but I'd like
to just download it. Some things I've seen recently:

- HCGS is available for download off GEnie

- Joe Kohn's SSII, issue #4 states that he's distributing HCGS for $15

- I just checked out ftp.apple.com, and it isn't there!

What is this? A grand conspiracy to support only paying customers of
sources like Joe Kohn and GEnie, but a cold shoulder to those of us
on the internet?

Any explanation would be appreciated, including "whoops, we'll fix that
right away" :)
