Mystery Card Info WANTED

Hiya,
I'd like info on that 'mystery card' that was being talked about here a few days
back...if I understand right, it's a card that allows you to use PC drives on
your Apple? Can somebody post more detailed info on this, or point me as to
where I can get info on this card? I'm really interested in this...
