I ordered my RamFast from them on November 25 and didn't receive it until
January 10.

Apparently, (I was told) they switch to a different board manufacturer and
the new manufacturer (damaged) the ONLY "good" "Master" <-?? they had. So,
it took a while the make a new "Master". Add on top of this the fact that
they didn't anticipate the demand at the end of last year and it all added
up to a 6 week wait for my new board. TMS and LRO didn't have any boards
either!

So, you may be experiencing some of the same holdups I had. Although they
were always kind and overly apologetic on the phone with me.
