There has been no recall. From experiences with my new Quadra 660AV, any
disk initiallized or written to by the GS will cause the AV to choke, but
the GS will take anything from the AV. You essentially only have a one
way route of transferring files. Having access to another nonAV Mac
is the only way to go the other way. Have the go-between Mac copy your
files onto a high density floppy and now your AV has access to GS files.
It's unfortunate, but no problem for me since I have access to another Mac
downstairs. If you find out any other ways around this, please post.
