Proterm 3.1 upgrade



Well, I just got my $40 upgrade from ProTerm 2.1 to 3.1.  It is an improvement,
but it is also a disappointment:

 1. No automatic installer.  In these days, with Installer scripts easy to 
    create, it is ridiculous to have to hand copy a dozen files from the
    product diskette to one's hard drive.

 2. Very error prone installation.  If you forget to create an empty directory
