Send a Certified letter with the return receipt option so you know when they
received the letter.  In your letter, nicely explain your problem again, and then
kindly suggest that if you do not receive a satisfactory solution to your
problem, you will report them the the Better Business Bureau.  Businesses tend to
like to avoid that.  >:->
