I know AE can be trouble, but this beats EVERYTHING!!!! I have a RamKeeper,
under its 5-year warranty (only 2 years old), and it's refusing to charge
its battery for some reason. AE says they don't have the parts to fix it,
and so are in direct violation of their own warranty. I'm mad as hell about
this, since I've spent $ on the RK, and AE has a specific legal responsibility
to fix it. I'm at a loss for what to do, AE is being really frustrating about
this. Can anyone help?????
