HELP: 4 meg CVTech with Apple Memory card.

I just populated my CVTech memory card (w/piggyback) to learn that the
manual states that I may have troubles getting the card to work with
4megs installed with an Apple memory card.  The manuals also says to
contact CVTechnologies to ask for assistance.  Well, considering that
CVTech is no more, where can I get help?  Does anyone have a 5meg
setup on their GS with the CVTech board + Apple's board?  I tired the
jumper settings in the manual and got bad memory errors only when the
Apple board is piggybacked.  I'm using just the CV board now (4megs).

Where can I get support for my CVTech board?
Anyone know the secret to getting 5megs to work?
