No. At least, not in the manner you are thinking of (connecting it to
the Macintosh's disk port).
The only way you can connect an Apple II 5.25" drive to a Macintosh is
to use the Apple IIe card for the Macintosh LC (also works in the
Colour Classic, LC II and LC III, and any subsequent models which have
a Mac LC-compatible Processor Direct Slot, probably called an
"020-Direct" slot, or similar).
This card is basically a 128k Apple IIe on a card. It has a disk
drive port which can accept an Apple II UniDisk 5.25 drive, a Disk
IIc, or a Disk ][ (the latter requires an adaptor cable, which is
available from Alltech Electronics). The card is also able to use the
Mac's 3.5" drive and hard drive (if you set up a ProDOS partition).
Incidentally, Apple used to make a drive called the "Apple PC 5.25
Drive" or something like that. It is a 360k MFM drive which can be
used to exchange files with an MS-DOS machine. It was released some
time after the Mac SE and II, and requires a special interface card
(either SE processor slot or a NuBus card for the Mac II).
This drive is not able to access Apple II 5.25" disks.
