The Localizer is here!

I posted The Localizer yesterday to comp.binaries.apple2, and will
hopefully get around to putting it up on FTP sites today.

The Localizer -- Swedish Edition contains two editions of The
Localizer.  One installs the standard Apple Swedish keyboard
translation, and the other installs a modified form of that intended
to allow access to Swedish characters while keeping the keyboard
layout easy for programmers to use.

The translation tables were created by Ricky Osser, who is also
responsible for convincing me to write The Localizer, and for pushing
me over the three months I kept stalling on it.
