Mountain Computer Card

I've come into possession of a card from Mountain Computer Inc. I'm not
sure exactly what it is but I think it might be their multi-function
card. The card has 3 jumpers, a 26 pin connector and a 20 pin connector
along the top of the card. There are 2 jumpers at the connector (back)
end of the card. There's a label on one of the chips that has
"CPS EPROM 14-00210-01 Revision C" on it. Any ideas what the card is
or what to do with it?
