It is a standalone application - an application without a menu bar. When
you click on the desktop, the menu with the NDA list pop out.

I am not sure what's the use of drwm outside GNO/Term.

iconify, select NDA by clicking on desktop...

Try winflate. It is not exactly that, but close. I am looking forward for 
some bright programmers out there to write such a program. Perhaps you can
suggest to GS+, they like to do everything on Finder, and they even write
program to allow you extract shk files in Finder (Balloon).
