This is _THE_ reason. I am not going to buy anything from Apple too. Why?
This is the same company that keep releasing new products and abandon it.
Like Apple III, Lisa and Apple IIGS.

Oh, I do thanks Apple for new system software upgrade, but this is NOT the
kind of "support" I am looking for. Apple is partially responsible in the
state of Apple II nowadays (this is an understatement, but I am just trying
to avoid starting a new war), and from the experience I get from it, I no
longer trust this company.

Well, I do like Newton, but maybe I will just get it from Sharp. :)
