This seems to be unique to ROM 01 - I've never heard of any ROM 3's with this
problem. Until I moved up to ROM 3 a year and a half ago, I was using a ROM
01 as well. In five years I don't believe I ever saw $0911 pop up. I had an
Apple internal fan installed the whole time. My proline now runs on the 01
and is running 24/7 and I've had no problems. It doesn't have a fan but has
the lid propped open for circulation. I have a second 01 in a //e upgrade
case and it's never had a $0911 come up either. The way I remember from
hearing about the problems back when 01 was current was that it's almost
totally heat related.

Well I just installed 6.0.1 on my proline so I can network the machine so
we'll see if this changes anything
