SCSI, RAM, etc.

I've finally decided to get a hard drive for my //e. I'm not sure what
SCSI card to get and am looking for some advice. I have a Parallel card, SSC,
Mouse, 5.25 card, SuperDrive card. I've got one slot (7) left for my SCSI
ccard. I also need more RAM so I don't know whether I should get an Apple SCSI
card or a RAMFast card (for the extra memory). Or should I get a memory card
for the aux slot? What's the difference between normal 1-7 slot memory cards
and RAM added to the aux slot (above 128k)? Thanks for any help.
