get the RAMfast, it's faster than the Apple card, though don't confuse
the memory on board the card with something you can use as system RAM.
If my understanding is correct, that is essentially buffer space for 
the card itself. 
 
this means you need to get a memory card too, I'm afraid - I'll also let
somebody more technically minded (knows more) tell you about the
differences between I/O RAM and AUX slot ram
