ProFile interface for Apple ][+?

Sitting across from me is an Apple ProFile 5mb drive which has come into
my hands through various sources (my own stupidity really). Nearby sits a
64k Apple ][+ with dual floppies ($20 at a local flea market).
Some thoughts arise...
1) Is/Was there an interface from the ][+ to the ProFile?
2) By some chance would one of you (who have no doubt long since upgraded)
still have the card, cables, etc. needed to connect these two?
