Prolog for ][, ][+, //e, or CP/M ?

Does anybody know where I can find a copy of Prolog for the Apple II
either native or under CP/M ? A company called Logic Programming
Associates used to make Micro-Prolog for the II series, but I don't
have a current contact for them (if you have one to sell, drop me
email).

Regards,
rcs
