SSII #3 Correction

Whoops. There was an error of omission in SSII, Issue #3.

On page 11, under Internet Access, an incorrect domain address was listed.
The correct address to send requests for a ProLine Site List is:
server@pro-sol.cts.com

As stated correctly in SSII, include the words send proline/network.sites
in the subject line.

I'm not sure how the cts.com part of the address got left out, but it did.
