Make sure you don't have it in backwards first and second the extension may
be the problem. The bars are normal just before the system starts to boot
and it may be a little slow. As for the number I only have the one in my
manual. You might try calling information in the 310 area code and ask
for the number of Zip Tech. If you are dialing a number with a 213 A/C
try 310 as that is where they are with the Area Code updates last year.
