They exist for other platforms; there really isn't any technical reason why it
couldn't be done for the PowerPC. However, unless it is freeware or shareware,
Apple Legal might have something to say about it; if I remember correctly,
Apple system software licensing is such that it is only on Apple computers.
This is the problem that some companies are currently running into with Mac
emulators on Unix boxes...
