In fact the error seems to be the quater second interruption, It is not really a hardware failure, the ZIP is going too fast for the poor GS self-test ... I've got this error as well using my ZIP 9/32, meanwhile the system is going OK. Just switch your Zip off and self-test again, to be sure there are no other hardware failure.
