If they are disk image files created by Copy II+, then you need Copy
II+ version 7.0 through 7.4 to restore them.  These are the only
versions of Copy II+ which support disk images.  For some unfathomable
reason, this support was removed in version 8.

The only other program I can think of which produces disk images is
ShrinkIt.  In this case, using ShrinkIt should expand the disk image
directly to a 5.25" disk.  I think some un-shrink utilities based on
other platforms (e.g. NULIB) will expand a shrunk disk image to a
file, but the resulting file is no use on a real Apple II.

You'll have to download the ShrinkIt archive to your Apple II and use
ShrinkIt or UNSHRINK.IIPLUS to extract the image.
