I have no idea about LRO's service,but it can't be worse than the other one!
I bought a hard-drive from them in June and had problems. Several (and I mean
*several*) calls for their tech-support produced *absolutely* no call-backs. I
finally got help from somebody at DEC who knows Apple II.
My next purchase will most assuredly,not be from TMS!
