Which Comm prog?

Hello world!

After straying away from my IIGS for a while (in favor of my Mac II),
I have rediscovered the awesomeness of the Apple II.

Now that I've got a modem for both machines, can anyone reccomend a
good shareware/freeware comm program?  I need a pretty faithful
VT100 emulation, preferrably a good ANSI emulation as well.

Also, what's the best commercial comm program?
