  That's true, but the HS SCSI card has had a lot of GS/OS _driver_ 
updates :)  The RamFAST basically has drivers for lots of various
devices built into the card's firmware.  Flopticals for instance
work transparently with a RamFAST in ProDOS 8, but the HS SCSI 
cannot deal with many aspects of the floptical when in ProDOS 8.
