DeskJet won't print large fonts

I am having problems printing with my Pointless 2.0.3/Harmony 2.0/
DeskJet 500/System 6.0.1 combination.

It absolutely refuses to print large fonts, i.e. larger than say
72 pts.  In any gsos desktop applications, I used WorkWorks and
ShadowWrite 1.3.3, and tried to print 255 point Times font, the
absolute largest allowed by Pointless. 

The generated output looks more like a 60 point, and just for 
comparison, I also had a 48-point character.  the 48-point came
out fine.

I haven't called WestCode nor Vitesse yet, but I guess I'll soon.
But in the mean time, any ideas? 

If it comes down to it, I will deactivate all my DAs/inits/FExts/
etc., and do this the hard way. 

Any ideas?
