Help needed with commands for GATO game.

Hi a friend of mine just gave me his old GATO game.  Unfortunately he 
cannot find thebox with the original manual.  I have figured out almost all
of the key commands (8 bit version), but I cannot seem to find the 
keys  that control the periscope up and down.  If anyone has this game
could you please help me out.  Here are the keys I have figured out so far.
Please tell me if I am missing any...


A - VIEW AFT
F - VIEW FORE
S - VIEW STARBOARD
P - VIEW PORT

L - CAPTAINS LOG
B - BATTERY ENGINES
E - DIESEL ENGINES
D - DAMAGE REPORT
C - WORLD CHART
Q - QUADRANT MAP

T - TORPEDO DOORS
X - LAUCH TORPEDOS
R - RADAR
M - RADIO ROOM (MESSAGES)

JOYSTICK - HEADING & DIVE CONTROL

1-5 FORWARD SPEED

9 REVERSE

0 FULL STOP

TAB - GAME PARAMETERS

DEL - SHOWS LOTUS SCREEN TO HIDE YOUR FUN

LIKE I MENTIONED ABOVE, THERE MUST BE MORE COMMANDS.   

PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU CAN.
