Well..I am not going to go through all the commands, mainly because I
do not have the time right now :)

Use the ^ and 6 keys to send the periscope up and down respectively.
When the scope is up, a crosshair appears in the middle of the screen.
You can use the periscope at depths of 0 to 45 feet. You may look in
different directions..<F>orward, <P>ort (left), <S>tarboard (right),
and <A>ft (backward), by typing the first letter of each of these
directions. The scope view is 90 degrees wide and each command turns
the scope by 90 degrees.
