Is there something out there that will take a nice-looking
320x240 16-color $C1 graphic to a decent-looking 640 pic?

I've got some nice 320 pics that I want to use in some stacks,
but I really don't feel like manually tweeking the palette
with EditColorSet (yes, HCGS) to get them to look ok.  Please,
help.
